This product has been the most effective cleanse support for addressing my candida, and it is gentle on the digestive system. I began by taking one pill, adhering to the instructions, and then increased to three pills in the second week. This regimen has significantly improved my healing process.

I get a lot of body yeast on my skin from time to time due to steroids I’m on for life. When it happens, it can be out of control for weeks and I’ve taken more Diflucan than just about anyone. Drink plenty of water/ electrolytes! This is the fifth day and I have more energy. I don't feel fatigued/ tired during the day and I don't crave on any heavy sweets. I take 3 as prescribed on the bottle. T take it in the morning after I eat a full breakfast with lemon water. (No sugar) The candida fungal infection consumes on heavy sugars like fast foods, chocolate bars, alcohol, cookies, coffee (added sugar), cakes ect. Taste terrible, but it is in capsules. Easy to swollow. It does say on the bottle if it is too, strong, is to take 1 a day with a full stomach. If you want best results, but you can take it without food. The side effects is inflamed in the gut, bloated, and causes dehydration (aka) constipation. Does not cure 100%, but with a better diet, exercise, and change in routine will help as well, while taking this product. Talk with your doctor first before taking candidAssist if you are pregnant, taking any prescription medicine or on any blood thinners. Do not mix the same vitamins ingredients shown on the bottle if you are taking the same type of vitamins.

Prior to this stuff, I had enough exterior yeast that you could use a drop of my sweat as a sourdough starter. Who knew that pounding sugary carbohydrates for decades could lead to such a thing? Thanks to my little Candida Cleanse friend here, my wife now has to make sourdough the old-fashioned way. I also take Pau D’Arco and that stuff works very well paired with the Candida cleanse.

It works

This was very helpful in getting rid of a yeast infection I got when I started nursing. I used it alongside kefir and topical gentian violet for my baby’s thrush. I also cut out sugar and breads/carbs from my diet, because by the time I realized it was a yeast infection it was very far along and very painful, and I just wanted it gone as fast as possible. I used it a few more times when I thought the yeast infection was trying to come back. It’s a great product.
