Q: Are these tips seamless?

Not seamless. They do have a seam along the long side of the tip. My daughter has no complaints with them and the seam does not seem to affect the icing design.

Q: What is the diameter of the wide end of the tip? i'm looking to find out if they will be compatible with my kuhn rikon set. thank you

They are pretty small I dont how much cus am home but if what I can take a picture when I get home
