Good product and very helpful

I initially considered returning this item just five minutes after unboxing it due to the perceived complexity of its interface. However, after dedicating an additional hour to exploring its features, I found myself thoroughly impressed and discovered its comprehensive capabilities, including a heating function. I highly recommend carefully reviewing the manual and watching some instructional videos on YouTube before use; I am confident that you will come to appreciate this technology. My only concern is that the wire has four unremovable pads, which may not be practical if one only wishes to use two. I am uncertain if the manufacturers offer replacements with only two pads.

ordered it last night and received it before lunchtime. fast delivery but surprisingly like it comes from the oven it was hot and I ordered creams together with this product, anyways. I have tried different machines like this before, powerdot is still my fave but the price is too much. pros: - the heating future of this machine is what I love the most. It's not hot that will burn you but decent amount of heat - powerful - simple to use, 3 modes on the menu panel and the heating function has a separate button - gel pads replacement are not that expensive ( compatible ones) I think this will wear off easily cons - the pads - unlike other pad attachments, this one uses gel pads maybe because of the heat function, I hope this attachment device will not tear/wear off anytime soon replacement is quite expensive - no hard case - expensive overall - decent device if you think you need the heat function it's definitely worth it, I bought this for that special reason and I am pleased with the low/hi setting not weak and not too much. if you are looking for TENS/EMS function only, I think other brands can deliver as much as the same with a little hole in your pocket.

Good and easy to use for pain or massage. Just a bit of time is required to study the manual for different functions.

This product deserves a 5 star but honestly 2 issues. 1. Instructions manual designed v badly … some instructions not clear at all. Give the details fantastic there is a lot that can be done with this device alls very good but hv a simple set up sheet too! 2. The gel pads are notorious can’t remove the 2nd blue sticker at all, surely it could be made simpler or clearer ? The ambiguity on where to stick which side in general it’s proper use method… all very unclear and this ties up in pt 1 about basic set up instructions being terrible.

Eine befreundete Physiotherpeutin empfahl mir, mein nach einer Knieoperation lädiertes Knie nach recht zögerlichen Erfolgen durch KG-Termine und Lymphdrainage mit Elektrostimulationen zu behandeln, da dies bei einigen ihrer Patienten schon nachhaltige Erfolge gezeitigt hätte. Nach mehr als 6-wöchiger Krankschreibung fiel mir zuhause die Decke auf den Kopf, jeglicher Tipp war willkommen. Da jedoch noch KG-Behandlungen laut Rezept offen waren, konnte ich nicht zeitnah ein neues Rezept für diese neue Behandlungsmethode anfordern. Meine Partnerin schlug daher vor, doch mal nach einem entsprechenden Gerät für den Privatgebrauch zu recherchieren, da eine Bekannte von ihr damit scheinbar ebenfalls hervorragende Erfolge erzielt hätte. So stießen wir auf dieses Gerät von Beurer. Uns beiden (meine Freundin hat ebenfalls Probleme mit Knie und Verse) war auf Anhieb sympathisch, dass es auf AMAZON ein deutsches Produkt einer offensichtlich recht bekannten Traditionsfirma gibt, das nicht nur erschwinglich sondern zudem noch nicht weit entfernt von Augsburg in Ulm produziert wird. Also bestellte ich das "EM 59 Heat" zu sehr günstigen Konditionen. Vorab: Für die folgenden Aussagen werde ich weder von Beurer bezahlt oder erhalte anderweitige geldwerte Vorteile. Und: Ich habe für meine Freundin ad hoc dasselbe Gerät nachbestellt. Das sollte schon zeigen, dass diese Aktion Erfolg hatte. Zwar ist die Betriebsanleitung nicht in allen Belangen total logisch, aber man kommt relativ schnell dahinter, wie das System funktioniert. Ich war schon nach der ersten Behandlung meines Knies bis zum nächsten Morgen nahezu schmerzfrei. Erst dann rührte sich der Schmerz wieder, allerdings längst nicht mehr so lästig wie zuvor! Zwei Tage und vier Anwendungen später war meine hartnäckig geschwollene OP-Narbe soweit abgeschwollen, dass sie nur noch nach Kenntnis der Sachlage überhaupt wahrnehmbar war. Sogar meine Physiotherapeutin zeigte sich angenehm überrascht. Meine Partnerin und ich konnten endlich mal einen längeren Spaziergang machen, ohne dass ich nach einem Kilometer abbrechen musste! Zwei weitere Anwendungen, und ich konnte ein Konzert fast drei Stunden lang (bewusst) stehend genießen. Übrigens: Ich wendete die TENS-Einstellung Nummer 12 an, abwechselnd mit einer oder beiden Elektroden. Alles funktionierte hervorragend und tut es immer noch! Zudem erstaunt mich der sehr niedrige Akku-Verbrauch, toll! 10 von 5 Sternen für dieses Gerät, das mir wieder Lebensqualität zurückgegeben hat.
