I’m very pleased with the doorcam and pleasantly surprised I managed to set it up fairly easily as I’m not that great with technology I followed the instructions for set up. Took my time and Managed to find my way around the device settings on my phone etc. and it works perfectly well. I like that it comes with a doorchime for inside the house ( with batteries supplied) and it’s not just the chime connected to the door cam itself - so no missing hearing it It didn’t take long to charge up the doorcam and I took note of other reviews that said be careful with the little security screw when fitting Good quality pics/video so I’m v happy with it Admittedly it’s only been up a few days but all good so far

I bought this door bell to replace an old one , its mine field knowing which is the best to buy . I am more than happy with this doorbell it was so easy to set up via the app . I was worried that I wouldn't beable to mount on the wall at the side of my door . The mount isn't the same size but I managed to mount it with just 1 screw it works so well and the chime is easy to pair to the doorbell . So if you are looking for a really good quality doorbell at a really great price then don't hesitate to buy it . Just charge the doorbell up follow the instructions & pair the indoor chime to it and it's ready to go !!!!

This video doorbell is very easy to install. It took a couple minutes. Connecting it to my Alexa screens was a little bit problematic, but the issue was it must be registered to the same email address as the Alexa account owner. Once that was done it worked great. Quality of the image is fab and the audio isn't bad either. The app is easy to use and has several good features. I am still trying to figure out some but it easily does the job. Battery life is good, but you have to really amend the sensitivity. Mine is very near footpath and was going off all the time. In the first day it went down 20%, also because I was playing with it some much. However, after adjusting it has lasted a month and still has 18% left. A slightly annoying this is it does start to capture a little late. 2 seconds earlier would be better, but no matter what I do it just seems to activate too late. But don't let this put you off because it is still good, and offers added security to your house. I was able to check our cat sitter arriving and leaving while we were on holiday. For the price it's fab and I'm not sure you would get too much better unless you spend alot more.

Great little doorbell for a really good price! Good camera quality and manages to detect motion with a really impressive range. Brilliant night vision too. Easy to physically install took me about 5 minutes and the setup on the app was a breeze with the ability to add household members to share the footage and settings with without any trouble. Great motion detection and prompt notifications that go to both your phone and a smartwatch if you have one. There is great connectivity in the app so that you can monitor the doorbell from anywhere. The chime is great has different volume settings (and some very funky chime settings if that’s your groove) and the loudest volume is pretty loud so don’t worry about not hearing it across the house! Also love that the doorbell came with two stickers to place on the outside of the property to show that your house is being monitored with a security system, just makes that extra peace of mind. Great customer service from the team themselves when you set up the warranty that it comes with too. Would really recommend this to anyone.

We decided to buy a camera doorbell as our child was walking to and from school independently whilst we were at work so we wanted a way to ensure her safety. The Ring doorbells seemed overly expensive so we went with this one as it is a fraction of the cost! Our decision was very good - this camera is very reasonably priced, come with the chime bell which can be sited indoors, the picture quality is excellent and it has proved to be more than we could have wished for. We also have a 2 year warranty and excellent customer service. If you wish to keep the videos or enhance the identification of people etc you can pay a small monthly fee but we don't need to do that. With regards to battery life, we have had the doorbell for 3 months now and have charged it once. Very easy to set up as well and notifications are timely and accurate. Try it! You can't go wrong.

After initially reviewing to say it was still working after a year, it stopped. Saw there was a price reduction so took a chance on a replacement. Complete rubbish. Easy to set up and no subscription, but that’s it. It’s so slow to start recording it misses most people at the door or passing by. Perhaps the back of a disappearing head if I’m lucky. Also wanted to use it as I did my previous model, to watch the foxes. But despite following instructions, turning motion detection to 5, turning off humanoid detection and careful positioning it refuses to record any animals, not even my dogs. And what about customer support? Non existent. Ignored my email and attempt to contact via Amazon. What a waste of money. So disappointed. Will be returning it.

I’ve been using this XTU video doorbell for several months now, and I’m really impressed with how well it performs. The video quality is clear, the app is easy to use, and the battery lasts a long time. It connects quickly and works reliably every day. I also had a chance to contact their customer support, and they were very professional and helpful — it’s clear that this company cares about its customers. Overall, it’s a great product for the price, and I can definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a solid wireless doorbell camera.

I purchased this door camera/bell about a year ago. I cannot fault its functionality and ease of use. It works really well and exceeded my expectations. However, in the last 6 weeks or so the battery life has fallen off a cliff and it now only lasts just under a week between charges. I have been in touch with customer service who have been very helpful so far and seem to acknowledge that there is an issue. They have promised to send out a replacement free of charge. Time will tell if this happens 21st March 2025 …….an update to the above. I have now received the replacement door bell which was sent free of charge. I can’t fault the customer service that I have received and were if not for the battery issues, I would have been happy to up my review from 3 star to 5. However, the review is of the product and is a fair reflection. I was also put under pressure (given a sob story) to write a better review of the product as was told a poor review would affect the job security of the customer service agent. I’m afraid they chose the wrong person to try to pressurise.

Contentísimo con esta cámara!! La batería me dura meses con una carga completa. Ultra sencilla de instalar y configurar. En cualquier parte del mundo que he estado he entrado sin problemas en la app y conectado con la cámara tanto para ver el exterior como para contestar a un visitante ya que te llega la alarma al móvil al momento. Y estando en casa el altavoz es excelente, potente y con distintos tonos. Estoy tan contento que he pedido 2 más para tenerlos como vigilancia en el terreno, ya que el detector de movimiento es buenísimo y la cámara nocturna tiene muy buena calidad! Hasta te guarda clips de unos 6 segundos cuando detecta movimiento, aunque esta duración se puede ampliar si contratas una suscripción, pero por ahora no ha sido necesario en mi caso. Totalmente recomendado!!

I 'am very pleased with my purchase of this doorbell camera. It works perfectly , is easy to install, and produces a very clear image outside my house. It is easy to install the app on your cell phone ,which can be accessed while you are away for a clear image in real time of what is going on at home. The range tested was 30 miles it worked Perfectly.

Heel lang gezocht naar de perfecte camera bel, enorm tevreden. Goed beeld, bewegingsdetectie, opslag via geheugenkaartje, geen abonnementskosten en héél belangrijk: een goede batterij!

Die Video Türklingel hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen! Ich habe viele andere Modelle von verschiedenen Marken ausprobiert, aber diese ist einfach die beste. Der Preis ist sehr gut, besonders für die Qualität und die Funktionen, die sie bietet. Die Bild- und Tonqualität sind hervorragend, und die Installation war unkompliziert. Ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt ist die Batterielebensdauer – sie hält wirklich lange, was mir viel Ärger erspart. Fazit: Insgesamt kann ich die Video Türklingel jedem empfehlen, der nach einer zuverlässigen und hochwertigen Lösung sucht. Sie bietet ein fantastisches Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und macht ihre Aufgabe hervorragend. Ich vergebe 5 Sterne!
