I've used this pill organizer going on two years. Here's what's important to know. The markings on each daily container have not smeared, faded, scratched or degraded in any way. They are as clear as they were when new. I've opened and closed the lids hundreds and hundreds of times. They still snap shut securely, no signs of cracking, deformation or looseness in the lids. There are some very important advantages to using this thing. 1. Going on a trip is easy. Just pack each day you plan to be gone. Each day holds several pills and is separated morning evening. If your going to be out and about this takes up little room in your pocket and the lids close tight enough they've never come open in my pocket. 2. As you get older you forget...... Stuff. If you use this there is never any question of "did I take my medicine". 3. If you sit down and fill this up once a month you will immediately know if you are going to have enough of any of your meds to make it through the month. Right away you know if you need to refill a medication. You should always have at least a full month of your medications on hand. It's a pleasure not having to open and close bottle after bottle twice a day not to mention the clutter. It's a little bit of time once a month to fill it up but it is so worth it.

I really appreciate that it’s designed for twice-daily use (AM/PM) instead of three times a day, which fits my routine perfectly. The individual compartments snap closed tightly, which gives me peace of mind that nothing will spill. At the same time, they’re still easy to open when I actually want to take my meds—no struggling with stubborn lids. I loaded the entire set with all my prescriptions (both large and small pills), and everything fit comfortably into the slots. I even tested one of the containers in my pocket, and it stayed securely closed all day—no accidental openings! One feature I especially like is that I can rearrange the containers in the base to suit my preference. The original layout was front-to-back (1-4, 5-8, etc.), but I changed it to run straight across in rows (1-8, 9-16, etc.), which works better for me visually and functionally. A big bonus: when I’m going out of town or even just for the day, I don’t have to take the whole organizer—I can just grab the individual containers I need. That kind of flexibility really matters when you’re juggling multiple medications. The only minor drawback is that the containers aren’t moisture-proof. That said, they aren’t advertised as such, and I haven’t found any organizers that truly are—so I don’t hold that against this product. Overall, this is a sturdy, thoughtfully designed, and well-made pill organizer. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone managing daily meds or vitamins, especially if you want the convenience of prepping for a full month in advance.

Bought for an elderly friend. Easy to use, although someone needs to actually fill with prescription medications. I would say good to use!
