IomegaZ100P2 Parallel Port Zip Drive

Get "N" Go 1-Seems like a small business so I thought I would trust this due to knowing small businesses. My Dad was in business for himself and loved collecting gadgets and he was the type that kept everything in mint condition. At night after he put his car in the garage he would shammy it down to keep it looking good. Well when I received this used Zip Drive purchased in 1998 it was like my father had owned it. I received everything that came with it , in mint condition even the original receipt. I was impressed. When it was stated "Condition: Used-Like New" They could have said used better then New. Warmed my heart to see there still people out there with pride and integrity. Now I am waiting for an adapter to see if it works and I'm sure it will. Will be back to let you know and send picture.

I purchased this unit to read some old IOMEGA discs that I had lying around. My original unit broke. These units are not particularly reliable and, of course, they are totally obsolete now. This is NOT the storage device you want to have unless you have legacy discs laying around. Still, this unit did the job. I'm glad I found it.

This product does not come with instructions for use and there is no owners manual. We found the product in good condition but without the correct cable to connect to the computer terminal. We had to purchase separately. This was a detail the original description omitted. Be careful when purchased and know what you need in additon to the hardward.

The description was confusing, it could have been my fault, but it didn't work with my computer. I returned it and got a prompt refund. Good company to do business with.

If you own a computer that was perfect when Ronald Reagan was president and you actually have data on a zip drive then this is for you.
