What do you mix it with to make it a paint?

You can mix it with just about any CLEAR medium. It must be clear when dry or the dye of the paint will cover the color change properties and nothing will happen. Hope this helps. Regards Glomania.

If i mix this with white mica powder to have white resin in the light will it still glow in the dark?

If the white mica powder is added to a medium of sorts as long as it does not leach and is encapsulated it should not effect or cover the glow in the dark crystals, stopping them from charging and emitting their glow

How much additive do I need for 2 quarts of latex eggshell paint?

Unfortunately any colored latex paint will NOT work with Glow in the dark pigment as the dye structure of the latex will encompass the crystals and inhibit them from charging and discharging. Hope this helps.

I do not know about the dye. I added some metallic paint and it still glows. It’s not real bright but it does glow.
