Get what you need - at a reasonable price.
This brace provides application of adjustable compression to the area needed. Its comfort and selectable size allow for proper fit and long wear. It is light weight, quick to install, and configure - to suit your knee’s sore tendon. My particular issue is actually the “tres” tendon - as opposed to the advertised (and more popular) tendon in the product description.Placing the brace on your knee using the basic hook-n-loop “tabs” (top/bottom) - the longer compression adjustment strap is oriented on the bottom. Its very simple to then wrap this longer strap with the desired tension you want - and fasten it (hook-n-loop system) in a comfortable location to provide the proper compression to the sore area.I highly recommend this brace because it allows comfort and precise targeting of the sore tendon - at a fair price. When installing the brace, place the initial two hook-n-loop “tabs” to position the brace for best comfort - placing that 3rd, (or long) lower strap (that adjusts the compression) such that it will pull around your leg over the exact area where your sore tendon hurts the worst.Making sure that the brace outer edges maintain some clearance for the knee joint - so no rubbing occurs on your under-leg skin.Use care to wrap the long strap directly around the offened tendon area, with sufficient tension pulled to generate the compression required to keep you pain free, but still allow circulation and comfort.I have worn this brace (with tight compression) all day, including activities ranging from yard work to riding my road bike. It never lost its grip or position while remaining comfortable. The sizing chart for ordering is correct - in agreement with my measured diameter I provide.I do not understand why left/right selection is required. It would seem to fit either leg the same. But there may be info I fail to “get”. 🙃

Helps
This has helped me a lot. It is a little big, but still does the job

Supports knee well and doesn’t hurt after a couple of hours use.
I like it best of four knee braces that I have bought recently.

comfortable but moves a little bit
obviously no item is absolutely perfect but this knee wrap tends to move down after walking a little bit (knee-hole ends up resting just below the top of the knee which can feel a little bit awkward) but otherwise it's fine! wraps easily and feels like it provides enough support when crouching

Seems to do what it is supposed to do
I did something to my knee where something either seemed to pop, or get out of position and I lost confidence in using it without a brace or wrap or support for bowling and sliding on that leg with a bent knee. First, dont expect a wide open knee cap area per the photo. But it doesnt seem to matter, the upper and lower sections are separated and so it allows for a fair amount of knee flex. It seems to have a decent amount of adjustability for leg size. Most importantly it has provided the support I needed to remain active and at the same time apparently my knee is healing itself despite the activity. I have to wear mine 3 to 4 hours at a time. I have to get it pretty snug to feel effective but it does not slip down my leg, but by then the tightness gets a little uncomfortable. Overall pretty happy with it.

My favorite knee brace!
I had one and left it either at the surgeon's office or PT. No one found it, so I ordered a replacement. I have another brand/style but didn't like it much. Just got the replacement and put it on immediately. Very comfortable.

Great wrap/brace, Terrible velcro.
Edit: after some light wear & a wash (delicately & hung to dry) the fabric doesn't feel like it holds/springs back as well & the support seems to be lessened especially around the knee itself. It's turned out to be too "light duty" for me & is losing a star. I am still loving their other model with cross-over bands & wear it often.----I agree with others that the velcro has crappy grip. My hope was that the experience of others was a fluke, as I have a different model from this brand that I really like with great gripping velcro. The velcro problem with THIS model is serious enough that the stars rating would be lower, EXCEPT for why I am keeping them. They're GREAT except for that one critical problem & the fabric feels kind of iffy. I have big boned, heavily muscled and chubby/curvy legs even at healthy weight/fitness, I'm just built thick. This means the sleeves & brraces sold in mainstream store are way too small or ill-fitting. It's a terrible time finding wraps or braces that fit properly, aren't distractingly uncomfortable to wear, AND give the the right support without torturing my kneecaps.I LIKE the fit of these, & the positioning of the moderate support (editing to say it's more ligh after more wear & a wash) given by structure & fabric they're made of.... Especially back of knee.... (but say this realizing I will likely be sewing on new velcro strips soon.) They're now a part of my knee support rotation. (Long-term acculation of OsteoArthritis, meniscus damage, ligament damage, etc)I chose size by actually Following the measuring directions given here in the product photos. 👍😉If any other issues besides the velcro arrise I'll update.
