I do not sleep well, so have fatigue issues. I have noticed my fatigue a little lessened after taking this first thing upon rising.

I was interested in trying this Rhodiola Rosea supplement because I have used rhodiola before and generally know what that particular taste and aftertaste are like. The tablets are smaller than another Planetary Herbals supplement I recently tried, but these are still round and a little larger than I prefer. As someone who deals with GERD and can have esophagus sensitivity, I am cautious with tablets that look like they may be uncomfortable to swallow. They might go down fine for some people, but for me, that kind of anxiety can make taking a supplement more stressful than it needs to be. I did split the tablet in half and bit into it. It is definitely bitter, but it has the familiar rhodiola aftertaste, so it seems consistent with rhodiola products I have had before. The bottle does not say not to chew it, and I have tried it this way twice on separate occasions without any problems. Effect-wise, I did notice a slight mind-clearing feeling pretty quickly, especially after lunch. That part was nice and is the main reason I still see value in the product. My issue is mainly the format. I do not really want to keep chewing bitter tablets or splitting them every time until the bottle is finished. I wish these were smaller tablets, or better yet, capsules that could be opened and mixed if needed. A lot of people have trouble swallowing pills when they are too large or shaped in a way that feels uncomfortable. Overall, I do think the rhodiola itself may be useful, and I noticed some benefit. But because of the tablet size and shape, this is not the most practical form for me personally.
