Superb book
Vengeful Magic (White Haven Witches) – this is book 8 in the series so there is a risk of it becoming a bit boring or repetitive BUT NOT THIS ONE! – TJ Green surprises us again. The story line is brilliant and interesting looking at the myths, legends and history of Cornwall and blending it all to our familiar characters of White Haven. This book is refreshingly different to all previous ones which were narrated by one of the main characters (Avery) when this one is showing the events from other characters in the books (the main ones as well as the supporting once!). This little change provides very interesting insights to other characters, their personalities, strengths, talents and struggles. There is plenty of story, drama, crime and of course magic – all seamlessly blended and entwine with previous books as well as book from other series by TJ Green (White Haven Hunters). To summarise this is the best (so far) in the amazing series of White Haven Witches – books about magic, myths and legends of Cornwall; fantasy books with some elements of crime and romance (not overpowering), books of adventures and friendships in this and otherworld’s with some fantastic mythical creatures. Make sure you have plenty of free time before starting this, or any other books by TJ Green, because you won’t be able to put it down.

Smashing
The White Haven Witches sure have their work cut out in Vengeful Magic. This series gets better and better. When a body is found in a bizarre state, Newton calls upon the witches for help. It looks that once again the supernatural is at play. They are baffled at what's really happening, and when they find what might be the source, they have a real job figuring out how to put an end to it. Revenge appears to be the real reason, but there is also an element of greed. Given the complexity of their findings, will they be successful? It's really great to see the point of view of several characters. It gives more insight into their nature. They are all beautifully portrayed. Despite the gravity of their situation, they stick together. Caspian and Reuben bring some laughter amongst all the puzzlements. I am not familiar with this author and I have to say that I have thoroughly enjoyed reading everyone of the books in the series so far. Smashing.

Perfectly Splendid Reading!!!!
Absolutely Fantastic! This series of Whitehaven Witches just gets more brilliant with every book release. What a story line, blew me away!Gripped from the beginning, I could not put the book down, read through the night, and went to work very tired, but hey, I was on a high.Vengeful Magic, has it all, piskies, pirates, galleons, treasure, I was taken to parts of Cornwall I’ve never heard of, superb storyline! It was great to have Caspian featuring more in this book, and I love the friendship he now has with Reuben, they bounced off each other brilliantly. I think Reuben and caspian need each other more than they know. If you haven’t read the Whitehaven Witches series, then don’t hesitate, buy the series and become part of the Cornish Coven of TJ Green’s readers, you won’t be disappointed!Roll on book 9, looking forward to tracking down the fallen ones 😉

Yet another fantastic read.
TJ does it again with another fantastic read. This time with pirates as the theme. It also has all the characters we love growing even more. I couldn’t put the book down. I also love the way the spin off books stay inline with this series. As so many other authors spin offs don’t match up. TJ always keeps her books grounded and although it’s fiction they are never far fetched. This series in my opinion keeps getting better and better. There is so much scope in the characters story lines that could hopefully keep these books coming for a long time to come.

Smugglers Plot
In Book 8 of the White Haven Witches we encounter Smugglers, but these aren't ordinary Smugglers, they are Smugglers in the world of T J Green who weave their magic throughout this book. What is going on? Are members of the Coven of witches turning on their own? Is there betrayal afoot?Yes it all inside the pages of this yet another intriguing book by T J Green. Brilliant read and a real page turner.Everytime I read a book in the White Haven Witches series, I cannot wait for the next one to be released.
