Worked as I expected it to. Plugged the adapter into the iPad, then used an HDMI cable from the adapter into the TV, and the iPad showed up as an input device on the TV, selected it, and the iPad screen was shown on the TV.The product worked well, as described. I used it to connect my iPad to the TV. and it works wonder. Definitely recommend the seller 😀

If you have a newer laptop like mine, this is a great buy. I cannot tell you the number of times I wish I had an HDMI port so I could project my screen easily onto my TV. I never knew products like this even existed, and it makes things much easier. Not too expensive, and appears durable tooOn my mac book pro, I had to use an adaptor from usb-c to hdmi, and then a hdmi to hadmi cable - it was a bit kludgy but worse it caused the monitor to black out briefly at times, so decided I needed a proper usb-c to hdmi cable.Very please with this, for obvious reasons you plug it in, and it just works.Cable has solid connctors at each end, braided cable which feels sturdy, yet is much slimmer than a normal hdmi cable would be. Image quality on my 27 inch monitor is fine, no issues at all.Packaging is good, black plastic, nothing ostentatious or overkill on the packaging, perhaps a waxed paper would be a bit better environmental wise.

This device worked great with my Samsung Note 8. Screen was shattered and I couldn't do anything. With this device I was able to retrieve my information by connecting to TV and my wireless mouse and keyboard. One advice is the phone should be charged because the device drains the battery.

Connection from hdmi always disconnected. I tried to change the hdmi wires, but still loosing connection.
