Perfect for the New Norm
With offices being closed and many schools on full remote, people need some sort of workspace. Initially I was working on our kitchen table, which proved to be the opposite big ergonomic. As a result of bad back pains, I knew I needed to look at a better long term option.Following the adventures on the kitchen table, I then moved to our tailgating table. Which ergonomically proved to be a thousand times better than the kitchen table, but big and clunky. Not to mention a huge eye sore for our guest bedroom. This is where I then invested in this wonderful desk. It's large enough to meet the needs of holding both screens on risers, as well as a keyboard, but I still have enough space for my notepad and my desk lamp as well. It's also very sturdy, with reinforced steel legs on a tough simulated wood desktop. The wood is a rich dark color, that appears to be fairly scratch resistant. It doesn't give at all, so I imagine it will be able to effectively handle daily wear and tear for many years to come. We are only located in a townhouse, and space is an issue. For what our space looks like currently, this desk fits the bill in form, function and price. When we move into a larger home, I'll look at a bigger desk, but for now this is perfect.Set up is instantaneous. Reading this review will prove to be longer than construction of your new desk. Did I mention it folds? So should we ever have guests post COVID and the struggles of 2020/21, it will quickly be stored, taking up minimal space in the process. My only gripe, are the 10 included hooks. Of which I am unsure on what their functionality is? They don't do a very good job of hanging on to the desk, as a slight tap will knock them off. I'm also unsure on what their practicality would be, other that to provide an additional visual element. For now, I've only used them to hang my monitor headphones when not in use.Long story short, you can't beat this price or what it can provide. I'm sure you'll enjoy it as much as I have.

Great desk at a cheap price
I didn’t expect this desk to be as nice as it is, considering it’s one of the cheapest desks on Amazon. It’s honestly a great desk! It took me roughly 15 minutes to assemble, but it will probably take the average person about half an hour since I used power tools. The pros:-It’s very sturdy-It’s fairly wide, so it feels like a large desk-It comes with a cup holder, a bag, and a headset hanger-It has a nice color to it-The feet on the desk are adjustableThe cons:-The only bad thing I can honestly say about this desk is that the cup holder is mediocre at best. But I didn’t but the desk just for the cup holder, so it’s not a dealbreaker.Overall, I would highly recommend purchasing this desk if you’re in need of a workspace.

Great little desk
Great little desk for the work-from-a-small-apartment crowd! Since March I’d been using a pretty hodgepodge “desk” situation of folding tables and boxes, and I finally decided I needed something more permanent and professional. I shopped around a LOT before settling on this one, and I’m really glad I did!PROS:- a breeze to assemble. Literally pull it out, wipe off the little bits of styrofoam statically clinging to every nook and cranny, and set the top on the legs. Done. Perfect for those who may want to fold this up and away at times (you could even do it every day, that’s how easy this is)- sturdy. I’m not putting anything SUPER heavy on it, but with laptop, lamp, a few books, pads, pens, etc, I have no concerns- classy looking . Seriously looks way more expensive than it is. I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the desk top.- comes with little hooks for your headset (or whatever). They slide around, but they’re still really nifty.CONS:- I would love if it were a bit deeper. Sadly, there’s not a lot of choice if you need the compact 31.5” length... my laptop and separate keyboard both fit, but barely- no extra shelving/platforms, or one of those cool little hanging bags like some other models. Again, very limited by size, and it’s not a deal breaker.Overall, of all the compact space work from home desks now all over the market, this is a solid, quality build with many features that I would say outweigh the lack of some bells and whistles. Would definitely recommend, and would purchase another if I ever need something similar in a different space.

It doesn't cost much!
Overall, I am very happy with it and for the cost it can't be beat. Having said that, the ad says the top is made from carbon fiber in the caption. But, be realistic. You can't buy carbon fiber for this price. Further down, the ad says: "it is constructed of a solid P2 MDF board". Ahh. A carbon fiber veneer apparently. And, by the way, the "F" in MDF is fiber board.Somewhere, maybe in the Q&A, I read it is rated for 200 lbs. Maybe it will support that if the weight is equally distributed across the whole top or split between the sides over the table frame. MDF will definetly bend under that weight if you place it otherwise. I use the table to hold two 52 pound adjustable barbells. To avoid the problem of the top bending, I have one placed on each side over the metal frame and I have no concern about the top bending. One lame feature are the hooks that hold items on the legs. The hooks are shower rod/curtain hooks and fall off very easily. As I said, I like it overall just know its limits. It is very easy/fast to unfold and assemble. It looks nice, and the metal frame makes it sturdy although it will wobble some. I recommend it, especially for the price.
