Well made.
This float has the missing component that many manufacturers don't. A brass insert on the top of the float. This insert prevents line hangups by not allowing your line to cut a groove in the float, the main cause of float displacement in floats that lack that component. Buy these !

A standard Thill slip bobber has a small hole in the plastic in its top for the line to go through. Occasionally, a groove will form in the plastic, stopping the line; and being small, means it takes longer for the hook and sinker to pull the line all the way through. Whereas the Thill Pro Series bobber has a metal grommet with a larger opening, allowing the line to go through faster, I now use the Thill Pro Series on all of my fishing rods and I love them.

For smaller Jigs
Well built slip floats. I had to use a pair of pliers and close the lower hole so the float stop would not go up inside the float which was not a problem. These are made for the smaller Jigs. I don't remember the weight of the first jig but it was too heavy. Just changed to a lighter size. Colors were easy to see.
