This stuff is easy to take it does not have a bad taste i haven't noticed any weight loss yet but but I've been taking this for about 3 days but it does give me more energy

Caution!!!! Effective product. First day, I recommend starting on a slow day to feel it out. I took one 15 minutes before breakfast, once it hit my stomach and started to breakdown.. I felt it. A brief stomach cramp, felt nauseous but i made myself eat and it went away. I took a second tablet at lunch, felt nothing. I haven’t hunger since lunch. It is now 12:38am, i dont feel hungry at all. Seems to be working. I’ll return if any weight loss occurs. But so far so good. Update*** I stopped taking these. My hair was falling off my the hand full. Within two days of not consuming. My hair stopped falling off. I have thyroid issues, i wonder if these worked against my autoimmune disease.

I only take 1 because two is too strong and it makes me super anxious. When first taking it it makes me nauseous and unsettles my stomach. Ginger helps with this. Then I have to eat or I get really weak, which I don’t know why that happens, maybe it’s making me burn energy. It makes me hot and sweaty too. While it gives me energy in the morning near the end of the day it makes my mind race and then I start getting anxious. While I don’t feel jittery it does make me super alert and when I try to nap to sleep it off I can’t sleep. I find that going on a walk helps. I think it’ll be a good pre workout but don’t take it alone if you are gonna do nothing all day. It made me pee a lot upon first taking it which I’m not sure if it’s a good or bad thing. Scale says the same weight but I do notice that my fat isn’t as firm as it used to be and I do look to be less bloated. It will probably be best to eat foods that keep you fuller for longer like protein. When I take this I feel like I am digesting food faster than normal. One good thing I noticed is that my back pain (gallbladder) feels less tense. I’m gonna just start taking it when I go to the gym, hopefully that works better.

Ever heard of niacin flush? Yeah, neither had I. The photo is about 20 minutes after I took the recommended serving of two capsules in the morning before eating. I started to feel hot at first, then my face was burning. I looked in the mirror and the sunburn look extended down my face and neck, shoulders and in the crook of my elbows. I was terrified! I thought I was having an allergic reaction and immediately took some Benadryl. I consulted Dr. Google and found out that high doses of niacin cause a sunburn-like rash but it doesn’t last more than a few hours. I was supposed to head into work in the next 20 mins but ended up calling in sick. I looked like a steamed lobster for two hours and felt like a bag of garbage on the comedown probably from the Benadryl as well. I couldn’t rest because my heart was racing due to the caffeine content. Apparently a high dose of niacin is over 500 mg. These pills are supposed to have 50 mg or less per two pill serving. I figured the quality control at the factory is way, way off. I may be sensitive to niacin however, I have taken weight loss type pills before and this has honestly never happened to me. Bottom line, avoid these pills. If the niacin content is off, who knows what else is?

I’m on Day 3 of using this product, and I have to say — I’ve sweated more during my workout than I ever have before. I’m not a natural sweater at all, so that actually felt good. One thing to note: the very first time I took it, I did not sleep for a full 24 hours. My body was just going. I followed other reviewers’ advice and started with one pill, which I recommend. Even with the energy surge, I didn’t experience jitters, shakiness, or that anxious “wired” feeling some supplements cause. But I definitely used the bathroom more — increased bowel movements are pretty common with stimulants and herbal thermogenics, so that didn’t surprise me. From a technical standpoint, Zantrex contains caffeine and other thermogenic compounds designed to increase metabolic rate, elevate core temperature, and stimulate the central nervous system. That’s likely why I sweated so much and felt that extended energy lift. These ingredients can also influence dopamine and norepinephrine levels, which may explain the slight mood enhancement and motivation boost I experienced. Overall, I would recommend this product. I genuinely like how it makes my body feel — energized, focused, and more active — and I appreciate that it didn’t come with unpleasant side effects. Also, buy it here. This price is at least $10–$15 cheaper than what I’ve seen in other stores.

This product caused migrains as soon as I took it. I had a migraine for over a month and realized that it was the product. I found that it wasn't the caffiene but one of the ingredients that was causing. The product works well but I need to stick with the Blue Zantrex.
