Love this compact pet portable carpet cleaner. We have two large dogs and this carpet cleaner has saved our carpets from the occasional pet messes. It has great suction and two separate tanks: clean/solution and the dirty/receiving tanks. The Hoover is easy to use and clean up is a snap. I especially like the hose cleaning step so I am not putting dirty bacteria back into my carpets.

I’ve had the Hoover CleanSlate Plus Portable Carpet Cleaner for a long time now and haven’t had any problems so far. It works well and does a good job cleaning spots and stains. It’s very easy to use and lightweight, which makes it convenient to carry around the house. The smell after cleaning is fresh and not too strong. The heat level is good enough to help with drying, and the carpet dryness is reasonable, though it may take a little time depending on the area. The only downside is that the water tank feels a bit small, so it needs to be refilled often. Also, the hand attachments are slightly small and could be a little more practical. Overall, I’m satisfied with the performance and the look of the machine.

This cleaner has so may game changing quality of life features to other portable cleaners of the type. 1. The fact that you can open the attachments up to clean them and dry them. Which keeps you from building up smelly mold or nasty residue inside the machine. 2. The plug which allows you to quickly and effortlessly rinse the hose to ensure it doesn’t have any cleaning or funy gunk building up inside where you can’t see. The whole thing packs down in a small package and the main canisters can be removed and are easily cleaned as well. Suction is solid and I was able to clean the carpet in my car with out issue. I’ve tried a handful of these smaller cleaners and this one so far is the best. I only removed one star because its tank capacity is on the smaller side. I think if I could do it again I would probably go for the XL variant.

Initially I was going to give this 4 stars but for the price and what it’s intended for I have to give 5. It’s perfect for small stains. I purchased to clean my king size mattress. Results will depend on what cleaner you use and how concentrated the solution is. I cut the solution with mostly water for my mattress and should have just used it straight but lessons learned. Even with diluted solution my mattress is definitely brighter and smells great. Still some stains but they are a few years old. I’ve used it to clean my entire couch too - no major stains but to refresh it and works great. This product is best when used immediately after a spill/more recent stains and is super handy. I love how compact it is and easy to clean out and put away. I have a small duffel bag it fits in perfectly with all its parts and solution for neat storage/traveling. We own a rental property and like to bring it between guests incase we need a quick spot clean on carpets/mattresses/couch. One of the attachments broke first time I used it due to user error when trying to take apart but totally my fault. Other attachments work great! Suction is awesome. There was some leakage from the spout after my 2nd use but if you clean the device regularly and fidget with the mechanism that causes the solution to come out you can self correct it. The second time using the solution kept coming out even when i wasn’t squeezing the “trigger” but I was able to pull it back into place and haven’t had that issue since. It’s not a deep steam cleaner so if that’s what you’re looking for spend more $$ on a more powerful item, but for the price and what it’s intended for (spills/pet accidents) would say this is a quality product and look no further

Honest to god life saver! I bought this back in July this year when I had gotten a new cat. I’ve used it a small handful of times to clean my rug and couch for all manner of pet accidents. Perks: -Very light and portable with a longer cord. -It’s super quick during cleanup. Usually taking less than 5 for smaller spots and around 10-15 for deeper stains/larger messes. Only time sink is filling the reservoir. -The cleaning liquid it comes with is amazing on stains but I’ve yet to use it with other solutions so not sure how well it works without it. -I also have thick movable rugs and there is no liquid pooling under the rug when I clean them which is a major plus. -It’s easy to disassemble and clean and there’s even an attachment that allowed you to run the cleaning fluid just through the tube so it doesn’t build up any gunk. Cons: -The solution does have a bit of a harsher chemical sent to it but It’s not unbearable and usually dissipates once dry. -It is a little expensive but I think for the price point it is fair. I’d consider it a mid-tear portable cleaner, I’ve definitely used cheaper and none have done as good of a job as this one. -It’s loud. Not like fire alarm loud but enough you can’t hear anyone talking if it’s running.

This machine has outstanding performance, especially for its price point. Excellent at removing embedded and dirt stains. Too small for very large areas, but excellent for smaller sections (example, 2 feet x four feet).

Hoover. What can I say? I have used Hoover throughout my years when it comes to carpet cleaning. I have always had good luck with their carpet cleaners and this is no exception. It is a smaller unit, so of course it is not going to have the power of the bigger ones. But this is great for spot cleaning and what I initially got it for. Cleaning my furniture and stairs. I was able to get this little guy on a sale and it has been a great addition to my home! As a retiree, I need something that I can handle and is not too heavy. This works great. I find that this cleaner works amazingly well for being so small and it has great suction power for such a small unit. There is hardly any assembly to be done and for the price (and not having to spend the money on an outside service), you can't beat it! Now, if I only enjoyed cleaning my carpets... lol

Eficaz, sólo requiere paciencia. Por funcionalidad deja de aspirar cuando se llena el tanque aprox. a ¼ de capacidad, por lo que requiere CONSTANTEMENTE que se remueva el agua sucia. Requiere moverse de lugar CONSTANTEMENTE porque la manguera de ma aspiradora no alcanza. Si eres de quienes se desespera por esos detalles, ahórrate los corajes. Si prefieres ahorrarte el dinero de que alguien venga con su hidroaspiradora industrial, a cambio de hacerlo tú y cambiar varias veces el agua, conviene.

It's fantastic! The solution that came with it got out bloodstains off cream coloured fabric and I didn't even do it straight away (was ~5 days later). The smallest attachment with the bristle brushes worked the best for that job. The extra wide attachment will come in handy when I shampoo the car seats or if I need to use it on the carpet.

Shambles. Absolutely ripped off. Amazon totally letting me down with refund too.

It’s an amazing vacuum cleaner. I cleaned my fabric bed head and my leather sofa. It’s also easy to working with it.
