Hops Freeze-Dried - 90 - VegCap

I was able to go off an expensive sleep product and to use this brand of Hops instead. I love freeze dried herbs. They always work significantly better than the typical herbs.I agree with various reviews on here that say it doesn't put you immediately to sleep so take it an hour or so before bed with a light snack. I found it hurts my stomach very slightly if I don't eat a few crackers with it. I have very vivid fun dreams with this product :) I take 1 capsule for easy nights and it two pills for harder nights.
