This NOVEHA Ultra Warm Compress Eye Mask has a lot going for it. It is comfortable with or without the cover, but the cover is soft and feels great. The weight of the mask is perfect, and the velcro strap keeps it in place on my face. The strap is adjustable for a variety of head sizes. I like that this can be used for heating or cooling purposes, but I ordered this to help my dry eyes, so warmth has been recommended. This mask contains silica beads, which are quite different from the adzuki beans in my previous mask. I hope these silica beads have better longevity than the beans. The beans lost their ability to heat up after a couple of months. The beans also don't cling to my face, but want to settle in weird places. These silica beads mold around my eyes perfectly. There is no smell or anything unpleasant with this mask. It's very effective and easy, and quick to heat up. When my eyes are feeling sore or I have pain of any kind, a nice 5-10 minute warm treatment fixes them right up. The instructions are in the listing, on the box, and there's even a label on the mask itself with the instructions. After I use the mask, I follow up with the NOVEHA Tea Tree & Coconut Oil Eyelid & Lash Wipes, which I highly recommend. Then, I use drops as the last step in my home treatment. I'm glad I found this NOVEHA warm compress eye mask.

Very nice, once heated, the heat is naturally moist. No need to wet it. Cools off after like 12 minutes.

Recommended by my doc for dry eyes, it has helped tremendously. I do it once each night. I heat it in the microwave for 20 seconds and it is warm at first, but within 10 minutes it is mostly cooled down, so it's not very long. it does seem to create moisture. It also is quite heavy and pushes on my eyes, making my vision blurry for a few minutes after, so I have to create a little dent for each eye. it doesn't have a smell. For durability, I think it will be good to use for a few months, but since it's not washable, I don't know how clean it can stay., so it might not last a long time. It does not come with a carry case, so I have a small case to carry it to the microwave and my bed and avoid collecting too much dust. It is small and easy to put in a small container.

It is a good product, but the elastic strap is too short for my head. If pulled to fit, it puts too much pressure on my eye. Talking about pressure, the mask is too full of beads, making it feel heavy on my eye. Therefore, the strap should be a couple inches longer and the mask could have half of the beads for better comfort.

Wonderful Warm Compress. I have Thyroid eye disease. And I have one eye that I have serious issues with. This eye mask. That it relieves my eye considerably.

This definitely beats the warm water and cloth I have been doing. Just 5 minutes and it drains the clogged pores from my eyes so easily to avoid getting infections and bumps. I thought my eyes were sweating! It really does the job. So easy - just microsave 20seconds.

I have used it every day for about 3 months.

30 seconds in microwave are good for me and it holds heat for about 10 minutes comfortably and it does give feeling of humidity to the eyes. I just put it between a folded piece of tissue from kitchen roll and place over the eyes without its washable cover, while lying down, and discard the tissue after every use for hygiene. I cut out the strap because it is useless, the heat pack is too heavy to use in any other way except when lying on your back. I am sure the seller could make this cheaper than current price of around 2250, and it would sell so much better in that case. It took me almost a week to make up my mind to buy this. Around 1500 I would not have had to think so much.
