Great keyboard with a great look & feel
This keyboard is great. I got this for someone else in my home after they tried my K380 (Which is basically the same keyboard minus the aluminum holder at the top and no numpad on the right). They're super happy with it and loves how the keys feel and operate. This isn't a mechanical keyboard but still super nice. One of the best things about the keyboard is the ability to pair it with 3 different devices. To change between devices you just have to push the corresponding button that matches the device you want to use. The keyboard is Bluetooth and also comes with 2.4Ghz Logitech unifying usb receiver. It's powered by two AAA Batteries. To remove the battery cover you slide the door towards the center of the keyboard and not to the edge like you would imagine. The keyboard does have a power switch on the right narrow edge that you can manually power down with but typically you won't need it as they keyboard does go to sleep after not being used. If the keyboard goes to sleep you will want to press the button that corresponds to the numbered item you want to use, you will need to wait a moment until the button stops blinking. To pair the device to something using bluetooth simply press and hold the numbered button until it blinks rapidly then open your bluetooth settings and locate the keyboard in the list of devices. This keyboard is labeled for both a Windows computer and a Mac. I personally use the keyboard with a Mac.Pros:Great keyboardVery well madeComes with Duracell batteriesComes with a unifying receiver for devices that may not have bluetooth or if you don't want to use it that wayKeys feel good when typing and are a good size for small or large handsCan be used with a total of 4 devicesEasily switchable between multiple devices with the push of a buttonSwitch to manually power off, this would be good if you need to take it with you and need to toss it into a bagCons:If you must have a device with its own built in rechargeable battery this one may not be the keyboard for you.No way to remove the aluminum stand if you don't plan to use itHas a bit of extra weight from other keyboards but that's likely due to the aluminum

Still the best keyboard for me.
I got my first one in 2017 and this is the 5th I've ordered (not sure where one of them is). My current one just lost a key cover but is otherwise fully functional--but I cannot find the cap!I tried the "updated" one by Logitech that can talk to multiple devices because I think Logitech stopped making this one...I returned it the next day. Everything I love about the K780 was missing. I use the one dongle for the keyboard and matching M720 mouse. I only use blue tooth for my phone, when I need to type extensively in messaging or Whatsapp. Just faster and far more accurate than voice recognition...and the phone sits nicely in the slot at the top so I can see it--works great for a tablet as well.I don't mind the battery changes. I've had their solar-powered keyboards die even with replacement rechargeable batteries, and never come back to life. The only keyboard I ever liked as much was the ORIGINAL IBM PC keyboard from 1981--useless today, of course.

No more "not Logitech" keyboards for me
I've got four different keyboards that have crapped out on me in the last year, several of them quite pricey. I decided to get this oldie-but-goodie keyboard from Logitech because it looked like it might hold my iPad in its case, and I was hoping it would be stable. I sit in a recliner with a lapdesk over the arms to work, and the real estate is limited for stands, keyboard, mouse, remote, coffee cup, etc. Not to mention the fact that things slide off and crash to the floor. This keyboard stays absolutely solidly put on my lapdesk; no sliding around. It's like it's been glued to the board. I have it coupled with another oldie-but-goodie M185 Logitech mouse, and they work well together. The round keys are kind of funky, but I like the touch and the slight rubbery feedback when typing. The switchable keys are clearly marked in white at the top left of the function key row, and the keyboard has the full complement of keys (Mac keys are marked in grey along with the white Windows labeling). Best of all, my Samsung A15 phone in its wallet case sits solidly to the right of my iPad on the back slanted "slot" shelf, with the overhang only covering the logitech logo and not impeding the numeric keypad keys at all. I've got a large monitor on my desk coupled with a Mac Mini that I use for consuming videos from YouTube or TV programs that I can see over the top of my iPad/phone setup, and it's easy to switch the keyboard between all three. So I'm in heaven. Perfect keyboard for me, and I hope they never stop making it.
