Performance + Taste.. absolute winner!
Having been an endurance athlete for many years, focusing on hybrid races more recently including Hyrox. These are a step above with it's taste and performance. The gel is smooth and consistent. The rip off is easy, even running at pace. You can feel the surge of energy post consumption. I historically have stomach issues but these seem to be fine. Taking 4 over the duration of a half marathon no problems. They aren't the cheapest out there but pound for pound you don't want to go cheap for performance gains!

Nice tasting gels
I love these gels. 40g of carbohydrate per gel means these are a great energy source. They got me through my first marathon with no issues at all so I’m very happy! The texture is not too watery, yet not too thick. The taste is more orange cordial/squash than orange juice, so a bit milder and not as strong, which is perfect for me.

Good taste, handy for trips and racing, easy to digest. Recommend training with them before any big efforts though.

Fuel without the fear
I used these for Ironman Wales as my main fuel source. Tearing the gel packets was a bit of a chore on the bike, so I transferred into a soft flask and would sip periodically. They give 40g carbs per gel and I didn't experience and "gastric distress". They're a bit pricey but they do the job effectively.

Easy to digest, good value for money and high carb content.
Currently training for a marathon and have found these to be the best on the market in terms of carb quantity and being easy to stomach. I take one around 45 minutes into my long runs and can feel the effect almost immediately. Haven't had any stomach issues either which is always a plus. Very sweet, but that's to be expected. Overall a great training aid for anyone looking for a boost whilst running or cycling.

Very good
Good density (not too liquidy) and not too sweet like most gels. Opening it during the run is sometime cumbersome because the tip of the packet doesn’t have a precut place for opening.

Tastes good
Just achieved PB in half marathon. This gell made it much easier effort compared to the last time I ran a race with similar distance at a lower pace

Good tasting energy gel great for endurance sports
I like the taste of these gels and they are very effective in maintaining my energy level during a marathon. In addition to maintaining the carb level, there's some electrolytes in the content as well. With these gels they are like drinking liquids which allows for easy abortion and can be taken without water.
