What is the name of app for the iPhone?

Mine automatically connected with my Feit electric app (from outdoor smart plugs) so I didn't need to download the Tuya app.

Does this have a harbor/foghorn sound?

Had to ask my friend as it was a gift. She said it makes steamship, airplane and train sounds. So steamship might work for you!

How do you turn it on? I took it out of the package, removed the battery packing and plugged it in but it’s not registering that it’s charging

Put battery into device. Plug I to mains power. Press button on to to turn light show on Press button on the left under the momcozy logo yo turn off and on.

Is this machine and app compatible in the UK??

Yes, you just need to pay attention to the plug about the item when you use it.
