Bath & body works glass aromatherapy lotion bottles? anyone tried this on those glass bottles?

I have only used on plastic bottles. Haven’t has the need to use on glass, yet; but after your question, I will.

Will this work for large pump-type shampoo and conditioner bottles?

I have a 32 Oz pump body wash (Dove) that it will not work on but works great on my 14 Oz pump body lotion (Gold Bond) dispenser.

Will this work if the bottle neck isn't threaded? I had another one that couldn't fit and seal because the bottle wasn't threaded.

I would assume it would not seal if the bottle isn't threaded, and it would fall off when you picked it up and/or applied any pressure. I suppose you could wind a thin rubber band around the bottle (not Zero Waste's recommendation) to create a seal.

When will you make an even larger size to use on bbq sauces and salad dressings, these don’t fit?!
