I normally purchase the single jars for my husband but decided to stock up this time. My husband swears by this. He drinks it everyday before work. He says it boosts his energy during the day and there's a noticeable difference if he forgets to drink it or runs out of time before leaving for work.

This stuff is (in my opinion) much better tasting than the original, the original had a bitter hint of tangerine taste to it... This new one has a true "peach" flavor. Either way i have taken this stuff on and off as a daily multi suppliment to add to all my other fish, flax oil's spiraluina's among other things. To say this stuff alone will make you lose weight... i believe is a bit far fetched & i believe alot of the reviews on Amazon for these products are inflated by the manufacturer and/ or distributors. I am on a very strict diet and needed a boost in vitamin intakes... this stuff seems to be the hot ticket..Pro's:Its a powder - enters the blood stream much faster than a pillTaste - If your not a pansy when it comes to the taste of things you will probably be fine with this. It will not taste like ice cream.. get real with your expectations... its a powdered vitamin, not KoolAid..Energy - This stuff does give you energy, for me personally this somewhat dies down after the first few weeks of taking the product.Appetite suppression - People say that this stuff with suppress your appetite, i think this is debatable. i would not necessarily hang my hat on this assertion; Besides, even on a diet i don't really look forward to any appetite suppression qualities in anything i ingest... if your body is hungry... eat something, if your on a diet... eat something healthy, suppressing your hunger is not the answer (in my opinion) to good long term healthy dieting.Content & Quantity of vitamins per serving - You get a ton of vitamin's A & C with this stuff. I do not follow the instructions as far as how much to take for your individual weight, 2 scoops works for meThe Cons:Its a powder so its obviously not as convenient as a pill... duhThe price - I know this is a good product and all... but come on... i try to make mine last as long as i can, even 1 scoop a day blows away almost any store bought multi

I have been using it daily for about 3 years and despite a steep price, nothing else on the market compares to it (search on the nutritional facts).It has helped me maintain great health and minimized doctors visits as well, which offsets the cost, and saves money in the long run.I also would rather invest in preventative measures such as good vitamins than pay later at the doctors office for treatmentI am not sure how to give a stronger recommendation as I believe in what this product has to deliver
