This works.. Relaxes your nerves!
This medicine has definitely helped me get good sleep after a stressful day's work. I take one tab 45 minutes before going to bed and one at around 11 am in the morning. But be careful not to take more than 2 in a span of 24 hours or else you'll feel extremely drowsy. I would recommend this especially for the young adults who are under a lot of stress or feel depressed in their day to day life.

They should learn from Patanjali to give better finish. Even before you empty half of bottle it turns powder
