My lash will droop if I don't use waterproof mascara, has anyone who has this same problem gotten this mascara and had it work for them?

Yes, me too… as though the curling did absolute no good at all?!! Waterproof mascara is the only thing that won’t weigh down lashes, making the curl flatten.

And this mascara has tubing formula?

Love Cover Girl Products, but not this one - Worst Mascara Ever!

I love Cover Girl - but - this mascara is the worst! Clumps like crazy, and makes eye lashes stiff. I recommend any other Cover Girl mascara but this one, and any of their other products, but stay away from this one. I bought it because I read its superior rating in Good Housekeeping Magazine - I did not find it superior at all.

I "borrowed" this from my mom when I saw she had an unopened one in her cabinet and I had forgotten my mascara while visiting my parents. I then accidentally fell asleep wearing it and woke up worried I had ruined my pillowcase but there was no mark! I was shocked. Not only did it stay on, but it didn't transfer one bit. Yes it can be a hassle to remove, but you just need to let the makeup remover sit a bit more before lightly rubbing.
