ive bought it instead of MEZIM which is very expensive novadays. This one more light and more gentle on the stomach , taste a little bit too much flavoring wish it is lighter. But the price is still too high. At least MEZIM is well known brand you know what are you paying for, this one is a good supplement, BUT the PRICE!!!

They do a good job quickly to relieve gas bloating snd belly pain. No trouble swallowing these ones. Over all I think they were a good buy. No real downsides that I’ve noticed so far.
