Great quality, consistent results
Great quality, healthy, fine texture and fresh describe this flour. I buy it to make gluten free bread. I have never had a problem with anything I have bought from this company. Although sometimes their flours are a little pricier, the quality and availability make the price worthwhile. I would recommend this flour. Money well spent!

It ain't wheat and it ain't bad
Went wheat free and love this flour. I make bread with a simple quick bread recipe and love the flavor, use it in pancakes and other bakes goods. Never heard of millet flour until last year but am happy to have something to enjoy.
