height 5'8 and weight 220 lbs... what size should i get??

It depends on what you wear under the coat. Example shirt, sweater or hoodie you go the the next size up. You wear a M shirt the sweater hoodie is L than the coat XL. So it does by what goes before because this way the coat will not be tight or too big.

What size should be good for me if my height is 6.1 feet (186cm) and weight is 198 pounds(90kg). my body is athletic thin

Thanks, we suggest you can buy your usual size, we are the standard US size. But if you want more loose, just go up a size.
