Delicious!

I've used agave nectar for 13 years, just about the time it hit the US. It made our holidays enjoyable once again! There are family members who can't have sugar. They become extremely irritable. Switching to agave where the blood sugar doesn't spike made for the most enjoyable holiday season! This agave is really good. I'll only purchase raw because the alternative doesn't seem to work the same. The flavor is very mild even though the color is very dark. Nothing like honey that has a very strong flavor. This won't disappoint you!

We use this as an adjunct in our top selling beer in our commercial brewery. Consistent results every time, does what it’s supposed to (eg raises the OG slightly) and imparts a very subtle flavor that sets our beer apart from the rest. Pricing on the 5 gallon jug does seem to fluctuate between 120-300$ And used to take up to 2 weeks to ship. I see Amazon now fulfills and ships though, so that should keep the price in the lower $150 range and looks like I’m being quoted guaranteed 2 day prime shipping.

makes 6 gallons 64' 128proof agave, slow ferment creates a sweet flavorful drink. fast ferments creates bitter off flavors. bread yeast works perfect, no bread taste if you know how.

I have been buying Agave at the grocery store for several years now. There didn't seem to be anywhere to get a good price on this product. Until I found it online. And that's why I bought such a large size. We will see how it keeps until I use the whole thing.
