SKIL SRT1039 Benchtop Portable Router Table for SKIL Routers RT1323-00 & RT1322-00 (Router Not Included)

The Skil router table is a great choice for beginner and intermediate woodworkers. It’s easy to set up and use, and the compact footprint makes it easy to store when not in use. It offers good value for the price and is a solid addition to a small or home workshop.

Fantastic for the price. Is it as nice as my Bosch, or even my old Craftsman router table? No. But for the price, you shouldn’t expect it to be. It is easy to use, and easy to adjust. I enjoy the bit storage on the sides. It serves my purpose for occasional use, and I have no complaints. I would recommend it to any hobbyist, but not a professional.

I doubt I could make a table with these features for this price. I love having a dust collection port, starter pin, feather boards and extra storage. The front-mounted switch is handy and works well so far. I placed an old Craftsman router in it. The mounting plate did have the correct mounting holes for my old router, as well as my newer Skil router. Like most, I have an issue with the inserts not being flush with the table's surface. Using a depth mic', I found they sit about .035" ( ≈1/32") low. With a scrap of HPL I am going to try and bring them up to flush. When I installed the starter pin, I used my fingers only to tighten it so it wouldn't wobble. When I went to remove it, the entire threaded insert it screws into came out of the particle board table top. I was able to screw the insert back down with a little glue to keep it in place. The 'T' track in the table is held in place with flat head screws, but the track is not countersunk for them. As a result, you are not able to use the standard 3/4" 'T' nuts that come with other accessories. The feather boards and miter gauge that come with the table work because they have a groove machined into the bottom to clear the screw heads. Fixable by carefully countersinking the holes, but really?. The two small shelves are never mentioned in the packing list or the assembly instructions even though they need to be installed and are packaged separately. Odd. They are very inexpensively made so why only two shelves when there is room for four of them? Like others, I'll make a couple more, but really? All-in-all, a nice table if you are willing to deal with the above.

Small in statue but excellent product. Easy to assemble and sturdy. Another birthday gift. She was so excited it was used the same day!

If you have a skil router and don’t use a router table to make a living this table pretty good for the price. I doubt anyone that uses a router table at work would be looking at this anyways. It’s fairly basic and is mostly made of plastic. It’s sturdy if you bolt it down. It’s a good hobbyist router table. If you don’t already have a skil router this might not be the best option.

Great router table, even better given the value!

The SKIL SRT1039 Benchtop Portable Router Table offers solid performance for the price. Setup was quick and straightforward, and the built-in on/off switch is a very convenient feature that makes operation safer and easier, especially for repetitive work. The biggest downside is sturdiness. It’s clearly a lightweight, portable table, so there’s some flex compared to heavier, shop-grade router tables. That said, it’s not unexpected at this price point and hasn’t prevented it from doing accurate work when used within its limits. Overall, it serves its purpose and does so well considering the cost. If you’re looking for an affordable, easy-to-set-up router table for light to moderate use, this is a good value and earns its four stars.

Muy buen producto

A montagem é muito fácil, o encaixe é perfeito. Porém uma das pernas da mesa veio com a porta do compartimento do lado errado. A único coisa que foi preciso fazer foi tirar as anilhas do eixo da dobradiça e colocar do outro lado, foi fácil. Nada complicado. O produto é muito bem acabado e resistente. Ainda não instalei a tupia, mas atenderá as minhas necessidades. Obrigado ao vendedor e a Amazon. Detalhe chegou muito antes do previsto.

Tuve una base similar para router craftsman y esta Skil es muy superior, en calidad y en versatilidad. Los compartimientos laterales son geniales, lo único malo es que no cierran bien las puertas (no son herméticas) y les entra mucho aserrín a esos compartimientos. Por todo lo demás, es un accesorio genial!
