Where is this tea made?

The company TEARELAE is Chinese, so ... yet again, made in china.

Is this tea decafinated?

The flowers are caffeine free. Indicated on the front of my package. Do not view the flowers as tea, but a flavor enhancer for my green tea

Is it supposed to look like water after i make it? It also tastes like a cup of boiled water.

Hello, Thanks for your inquiry. Pine needle tea will not have obvious color after brewing, but you can still smell the natural scent of pine needle. Pine needle tea will taste fresh and brisk in every sip, also a little sweetness after taste if savor carefully. Hope you enjoy our tea!
