These silicone heel inserts are amazing! Super soft and cushiony, they feel like walking on a cloud. They stay in place perfectly and fit well in all my shoes without feeling tight. No more blisters or sore heels, even after hours of walking. I have worn them about 6 times for long walks and their are very durable so far and getting two pairs makes it worth the price. Highly recommend for anyone needing extra comfort!

When I ordered these I was not sure if they would really do the job, however I tried them out today with a pair of shoes that I know rub my heels raw after a few steps. They work. I am very pleased with these, walked around town quite a bit and not a sore, red or raw bit on my heels. Good stuff.

I bought these to wear while I was wearing out my doc martens (if you know, you know). Not a single blister and very effective.

Wrongly described as being two pairs there’s two in total. They are cooling and comfortable, easy to get on and off. Do provide a bit of support and cushioning for barefoot or shoes with no back to heel, I used it to hold my heel support in place. Wouldn’t say they were terribly effective on their own with heel spur pain but with blistered heels or sore ankle I think they would be helpful.

Wow! One of my walking shoes starting rubbing my heal a few weeks ago. Even blister plasters weren't helping. I was looking for the stick in insert for shoes when I found these. Yes, putting socks on top are a challenge - especially as I wear compression socks for walking - but I've just walked 5 miles in total comfort. Thank you.

Offer decent protection for shoes that rub the heel. Used to break in a couple of pairs so far with no lasting issues.Seem to hold up to repeated wearing but can be tricky to keep in place and avoid rolling up over time.

I logged in just to leave this review.I have been struggling to break in new docs and I got a second new pair for Christmas. I decided to take it seriously this time and followed all of the advice and have them mostly broken in but I was still struggling with the heel and relying on plasters. I went looking for something more re-usable than plasters and these came up and they are amazing. I wore one par for 4 hours yesterday and walked 2k in them and not a pinch on the heel at all!I will say they take getting used to. They feel strange and there is a top and bottom of them (not immediately evident) and as they are adding a layer to your heel it is another layer to get into already stiff/tight docs. It took me ten mins yesterday to have them on and comfortable, but it is absolutely worth it once you have them on. There are two pairs in the pack I popped a pair in each boot ready to go. They honestly saved me genuine blood sweat and tears. Highly recommend.
