If you’re looking for low carb or keto friendly this is not it, and if you’re looking for the protein that a typical protein bar packs (up to 30g) this isn’t it either. But if you’re looking for a bar that: tastes great, has awesome texture, feels like a chocolate splurge but isn’t, and has a flavor even your kids like… give it a whirl!

Protein bars always taste a little weird and these are no exception. However, I like the flavor and find them to be delicious. Not as filling as a meal but they're a great snack with some nutritional value. I keep them around the house so I can grab one when I need something kind of decent in my stomach.

update: These are great bars HOWEVER, I took a star off this go around. Kellog's left the nutrition info the same as far as I can remember. HOW? As I opened the box to put contents into my storage box and instantly notice the package size was the same but the product size was at best 10% if not 15% less than the older ones in my box. I thought, at first, it was a glitch on the first 1 or 2, but no, the entire box. I did not have the old box to compare weight but product is DEFINITELY reduced in size. I absolutely hate when a company tries to deceive the customers with this slight of hand. I will continue to buy them but they are no longer the size that fills me up. I would rather they mark the price up 10-15% and be truthful. How can the product shrink but calories and nutritional specs be the same? Sad Sad Sad. I recommend this product all the time. I just don't recommend it as a meal bar that I used for my breakfast any more but as a snack bar only. The size is noticeable by the hunger I now experience as well as the obvious emptier packaging. PLEASE KELLOG'S make them the original size. I don't mind a small markup as inflation is a fact of time. I need the original size. I remember when the product filled the entire package. Don't shrink the package to fit the new smaller size of bar . Please mark up the price and enlarge by 15-20% as a MEAL bar is NEEDED. UPDATE: They are now so lightly packed, full of air pockets, while forming bars that they crumble apart when eating them. My guess is that the size of shrinkage is about 30-40% of original MEAL BARS which the product no longer claims; however, this is want I originally bought them for, a meal substitution for when I was in a rush. So.... flavor 5star, compared to original amount is 1 star, then with value...2.5 stars. PLEASE bring back the FULL MEAL size bar, that is compacted and not full of air. I would rather pay SLIGHTLY more. Notice I said slightly; not price gougingly high. I was eating these almost daily but now only 1-2x a week as a snack to curb chocolate cravings at night, not to curb appetite. Kellogs, you are now losing money from me on this product. I use to carry one in my purse for when I got hungry. I would give them away to people looking for a good tasting meal replacement bar, especially those who loved chocolate. I promoted them; not any more. Not worth it. I won't promote something I can't stand behind.
