I love it, it stays warm for a long time. It's heavy so it covers all the face. Smells like seeds, very earthy

I’ve never used this for sinus pain, but instead I sleep with it over my eyes and ears, and I’ve never slept better. The weight of it is better than any sleeping pill. I’ve gotten some of the best sleep of my life since I started sleeping with this and I refuse to go a night without it. My Oura ring shows more deep sleep, a higher HRV, and a lower overnight heart rate since I started using this. It’s been a miracle.

Love this! The weight of it is perfect to keep the mask from sliding off your face. It doesn’t get super cold so you can place it directly on your face without having to put a cloth in between the mask and your skin.

Bought a blue one to keep in the freezer for migraine pain and a pink one for when I need something hot for sinus pressure. Positives - great weight on the face, flexible, fits all the curves of the face beautifully, heats quickly and holds the heat/cold for about 20 minutes. Negatives - oh my gosh, that smell just never goes away. And anything I place it on picks up on it. Who knew flaxseed reeked the way it does. If it wasn't for the scent, I'd give it a full 5 stars.

Works great if you have a headache. Or even a back or shoulder issue. Heats well in microwave, slight smell but not bad. Use it often

This is probably not fair because my issues are not with the product but with the packaging. One was a gift and he cut the fabric trying to open the shrink wrap. It is crazy too tight. Bet this happens often. Also, the instructions are typed in white on a light beige background and we found it impossible to read.

A nice to have item. I also use it without heating and sit under my neck, the pressure from the wheat bag on my chest is soothing. I bought this originally to help with my pregnancy rhinitis.

After my crosslinking eye surgery, I developed dry eye, and sometimes my regular eye drops aren't enough. I decided to try a warm compress and tested four different eye pads — this one is by far the best. I heat it in the oven for a minute, and it retains heat at least for a solid 20 minutes. It feels incredibly comfortable on my eyes, covers the entire area well, and has excellent weight distribution. Although I haven't tried using it cold yet, it's also helped with my morning sinus issues, like a runny nose and sneezing. It's so soothing that I often fall asleep while using it. I genuinely appreciate the team who designed this product!

I’ve had a sinus infection for about a week now, and just bought this 2 days ago. What a lifesaver. Stays warm for 20 minutes, feels nice and relaxing on the face as well as it’s very comfy.
