Bought these multiple times for baking my sourdough bread. They taste amazing in my loaves. Love them.

Great deal for the size and amount! One thing though: once opened they can dry out so maybe put them in smaller containers if you aren’t going to use them all at once. They taste wonderful and the smell is as expected. Yum. I was impressed with the freshness and quality when received. Again: put in smaller containers if not using right away to maintain freshness. These arrived promptly and product is as promised.Delicious out of the bag as a snack or added to salads.I purchased them to use in sourdough bread and am very pleased with the results.

I've tried several brands of sun-dried tomatoes, and these are the best. Most of the others are either too dry or too wet. These are just right. They are flavorful, and you can also tell they are truly sun-dried rather than dried by heating.I don't go through tomatoes too fast, so put half of the bag into a zipper freezer bag and store in the refrigerator. I keep the remainder in the original bag and store in the freezer. The Best-By-Date on the bag I just got is about 10 months from the date received. I suspect they would normally last quite a bit longer than that, especially if refrigerated properly. Keeping some frozen would also extend the life.My only issue is that they are quite expensive compared to much of the competition. It would also be nice if they were offered in different sizes, for example also available in 2-pound bags and 3-pound bags.Update (July 18, 2023); Just received another one of these today from Amazon. The Best-By-Date on the bag is Dec. 13, 2023 which is just under 5 months from today.

Great addition to all my cooking

The tomatoes were black and inedible. They I only bought it for the larger quantity than I can find at my local store. I tried to return them but Amazon’s easy returns don’t apply to this product. I will never purchase this product again.

Excellent. Tastes more like tomatoes than the soaked in oil varieties. Same quality as Trader Joe's sun dried tomatoes.
