Great product and very high quality. Read the book The Iodine Crisis and research Dr. Brownstein and Dr. Stephanie Buist. My 4 year old was showing signs of adhd and I was worried about the path we were going down with him. I REFUSE to medicate a child his age so I started digging relentlessly to find an answer and found it in Iodine deficiency. I started the protocol Dr. Brownstein recommends first to test it on myself and see results. I was completely blown away at how much it helped me. Everything. Energy, sleep, focus and concentration, anxiety, skin, and the list goes on and on. So I decided it was safe and started him on the protocol Dr. Buist did for her own children. After 2 months we are dealing with a totally different child. His focus is amazing, he doesn’t fidget, he can sit still and I swear his IQ is increasing by the day. Highly recommended and it works. I’ve been using it on a skin tag kind of large black under my arm and it has reduced it over months of using it after a shower reduced it almost it’s almost gone and I used three drops a night in before I go to bed says it helps with sleep and energy. I can’t prove it.

This is a good high quality potent iodine/potassium supplement, but as another customer advised at 3,000mcg / 3 drops, (the recommended dose on the bottle)~ that is a HIGH amount, given that the ideal max is 1000mcg, so I would suggest only one drop per day unless you’ve been given specific medical thyroid instructions/needs for a higher dose. I began it to support my mineral absorption, energy, and metabolism, but after a few weeks of on again off again dosage of 3drops per day noticed fatigue and began irregular spotting in my menstrual cycle- which can be a direct result of excess iodine which disrupts normal thyroid function, and was advised to stop intake and allow my body to flush the excess to regain normal thyroid production over the next few weeks, SO if your thyroid is functioning properly I would not recommend regular daily consumption of the advised amount.

This is a good product, although the taste is strong, it seems to be working great! Don’t take it at night 🥴
