I had one jug arrive with the metal tab open. I didn't know if that was safe to use so I asked and they shipped another one. I threw out the open tabbed one and used the unopened tab. It is a great flavor

This a good value. I have tried other brands but have never had an issue with the taste or smell of this oil. It is a great quality oil. I use it most in my baking and oven roasting. It flows nicely in my spray bottle. The taste is soft in chili crisps. I have used it to saute but I won't waste it to fry food. it is a good balance in light vinegarets, without the heavy peppery olive flavor.

Great product at a great price. Only thing I’d change is the spout. Better pour top spout would be great.

Great healthy oil choice. Use it for a myriad of recipes: Dressings, frying, baking. High smoke point and great taste. With all the negative info on seed oils, and the fact that avocado oil has a healthy omega profile and high smoke point, this product is a winner.

Absolutely great cooking oil, I would never use any kind of seed oil. This is absolutely great and very well priced.
