The product is very bad quality. Its been 15days from the day of purchase or ordered. Used for the first time and this is what the result is. No durability. Waste of money. I want refund or return but not this product

The handles broke within 3 years
Both the top and side handles broke while picking the bag. I didn't use this bag often for traveling for 3 years I had it and the second I took it for my travel, hell broke. The quality of this bag is deporable, based on the money charged from me, I expected something better

Total waste Tommy Hilfiger
Very bad quality.... Only name is big. In only one time use it cracked.. No aftersales service...3 year warranty mentioned is to cheat people...pls never buy..total waste of money.. amazon also doesn't help.

The bag looks exactly like the image.
We ordered it for my sister she took it to London and the bag did not get damaged given the way the staff handles the baggage. But when the bag arrived I was very unsure of will it even last a trip as it seems pretty flimsy.

Got a crack upon first use
While I bought this since I loved the design despite the price but the quality is quite poor and it ended up getting a crack first time I used it for international travel - luckily it’s not huge but needless to say I am disappointed
