Liforme Travel Yoga Mat - Patented Alignment Design, Advanced Non-Slip Grip

This is a very good very firm yoga mat. This is not a soft mat. This is not for people who are soft. This is for real hard, hard man and women and non-binary people. I use this yoga mat to demonstrate how hard I am, but I’m not very good at yoga. I just feel like I get some extra credit for using a harder mat. I like the design too. It reminds me of Egypt for some reason. I guess it’s also kind of like nice. But man, this is expensive if you’re like that seems like a lot of money. I probably could put my money other places than yoga mats. I would suggest you probably do that but not because of lack of trying from the yoga mat quality manufacturers the value in this investment is actually quite good because you’ll never probably buy another yoga mat again and not because it’s a bad mat and you’ll never want to yoga again but because it’s actually a very good mat and it will last you a long time and you enjoy doing yoga on it. Understand.

Daughter uses hers several times a week. She says it works great and appreciates that she doesn’t slip even for hot yoga. She must like everything about it since this is the second one/same brand different color- she had the purple one first. Lasted 3 years

I’m really Happy with my Yoga Mat. I do Hot Yoga 4 times a week. I love focus on having a good balance in yoga. And I noticed my progress since I have this yoga mat. Don’t get scared if the mat have some sweat marks after workout. In minimal 1 hour(normal temperature ) my mat get dry with the sweat,(I’m a person that sweats a lot, I do other sports, Judo, grappling, fight, etc. So is good!!, I use the special spray to keep maintaining Liforme Yoga mat. Ok, and I’m telling you, You'll never regret spending money on this Yoga mat. Is the best!!!, If you are looking forward to be more dedicated, good control,Support,grip. (You feel the difference), The travel size was perfect for me due I go to studio. I hope this can help out 👍 I share the picture after my hot yoga. But get dried quickly. I didn't know what I was missing! This beautiful yoga mat provides a sturdy foundation - no slipping, teetering, falling out of poses. I feel more sure-footed and confident. Would definitely recommend.

This mat was amazing at first, but after about a year the top layer started peeling. For the price, I expected it to hold up a little better over time. That said, the grip is incredible—you truly won’t move once you’re on it. I primarily use it for hot yoga and Pilates, and it performs really well in both. It is on the thinner side, which makes it great for travel and carrying to class, but if you have sensitive knees or prefer more cushioning, you may find it lacks enough padding. Overall, it’s an excellent mat in terms of grip and portability, but I wish the durability matched the price.

So far I'm very pleased and also put at ease. I'm a mat snob and very skeptical of new mats. I also enjoy a thinner, wider and longer mat, this was the most comparable to my 3 year old, 3mm LuLu. I think marks and stains that come with all mats over time is a badge of honor and I enjoy those as well, so going from a dark to light color will be interesting. I love that the lines on the lifeforme are even more grippy (without abrasion). I'm overall, very impressed and will report back after a 3 hour hot yoga session. ;) THE AFTER UPDATE; It is bittersweet to inform everyone that I'm retiring my 3 y.o Lululemon mat because this lifeforme is BADA$S!! 100% recommended by one of the biggest hot yoga mat snobs you'll ever come across. And again I chose the travel size by choice and wouldn't have it any other way. so I'm not actually complaining about this but my only complaint would be is that there is zero slip with this mat. I know it's gross but I used to use the sweat from my neck on my heel to slide into half splits or full splits... that's not going to happen with this mat and that's slightly disappointing. I also would rely on my sweat to allow me to widen my knees in child's pose that also is not going to be an option with this because of how grippy and sticky this mat is. Will also cause "back suction farts" if you don't have some kind of cloth under your back. like I said I'm not complaining about this but if I had a complaint that would be it. I sweat a lot more than avg people and by the end of a 3 hour class period there is a slight slip. 6month update, my two complaints would be 1) the odor that's setting into my mat. 2) But mostly that the top surface is beginning to separate from the backing. I expected this mat to hold up better for much longer. At least 3 years as comparable to Lulu. It is possible I got a bad batch Mat. I'll do another update in April 2020 if I'm still using it.

If I knew earlier gay I could by my liforme mate off Amazon I would have . The first experience was great , just took a bit of time coming from over seas to America . I wanted this mat to travel with and while I didn’t come in time for my trip , it did come the day after lol . It was packaged nicely and everything was legit and in tact like when I ordered directly from lifeforme. As for the mat- it’s simply amazing! Has all the perfection as my first mat except it’s lighter and noticeably slimmer - not super slim , but slim enough that if you’re in a packed yoga class I’d opt for this over the regular one I got the pink color and while I thought it would be a little more muted pink , it actually is a little on the hotter pink side , just a very intense pink - not bad though but not hot pink . The grip is amazing - it pics up oils but that doesn’t affect the grip , and the oils fade. Cleans nicely . Just love this mat

Second purchase of Liforme yoga mat. Always well packaged and remarkably comfortable material. If you’re dedicated to your practice—this is a fantastic company. Albeit, the material is rubber, it makes rolling up and placing in your cover more challenging. The weight is perfect and your feet are not going to slip!

Wow, this brings my practice to a new level. I've been practicing yoga for 26 years and this is the best mat I've ever owned or used. It has excellent traction, the guide lines are great, it's also a beautiful mat to look at which I find helps with my practice at times. Proud to own this next level mat.
