Works great! App is easy to connect and use, you can change settings and remote monitor it wonderfully. Simple and easy basic Home Assistant setup, especially for monitoring or adding to dashboards! Tuya Local (home assistant) took a bit more jumping through hoops figuring out what the DP IDs were. The temp in tuya local is sent in Celsius and needs a 0.1 scale (ie, 250 means 25 deg celcuis) but it was easy to get situated from there!

This works as it should. Has been a life saver in controlling the temperature in the room It is connected to a oil heater and it turns it on and off to maintain the room temperature

The low and high temperature settings work fine to turn the cooling or heating plug on. However, once a plug is turned on it won't turn off until the other temperature is reached. You're basically in a constant yo-yo unless you manually power cycle it. In my opinion, if the temperature is between the two set points, neither outlet should be providing power. I currently have an Alexa routine configured to automatically turn device off, wait 5 seconds, and turn it back on a few times a day.

It seems to function, but you cannot change the upper and lower settings from the Smart Life app. You have to hold the button down on the unit itself, and set it like you would a clock. Holding the config button down for a few seconds, using the up and down arrows and then pressing the config again to go to the next digit. Horrible. Why bother having wifi? Then when you go back to the app, the adjustment temps are WAY out of scale. Anyway...I'll probably return and find something that actually works. UPDATE: After 2 months, and broken english communication from someone in China who said they would send a new probe. Nothing. The temp reads a crazy 250 degrees without even being in the water. I wish Amazon would let you return garbage like this that breaks a few months after buying it. Waste of money.

Use this to control and monitor my garage fridge. In the winter added a small heater to the inside of the fridge to keep above freezing and this controlled it flawlessly. Only issue I have is when the wifi routers are reset, the controller needs to be unplugged and plugged back in to reconnect. Annoying but not a big deal. Recommended

I used this device to control an electric smoker. Most smokers will not allow a smoking temperature below 100 degrees but this enabled me to cold smoke some Spanish Chorizo sausage. I did not use it with Alexa or require any tech support. I also did not use the phone app as it required me to set up a user account. The product could be improved by having a more heat resistant temperature sensing probe. The included sensor has a plastic outer sheath.

Used two of them in greenhouse for two winters and one summer. One got broken. Bought a new one because got used to model. The switch "on" works always on both heaters and fans. But it does not always turn heaters and fans off when the limit temperature is reached and I have to do it manually to prevent overheating. For example, I set low at 67 and high at 82 thinking the heater will turns of after 67 and fan will be of at 82. But the heater may go up to 82 until fan is on and vice versa.

We used this thermostat to control an oil-filled radiator and fan to keep our insulated cattery at a comfortable temperature all year long. The thermostat has done an admirable job keeping temps in the desired range and alerting us when they fall to low (on the coldest days last winter, time to turn the radiator up to high!) or too high (before we got the AC setup). It has been great to be able to remotely check the temperature and tweak it from off-site.

Compre 2 .. el primero funciona bien.. el termostato .. prende o apaga correctamente el refri y el calenton.. pero .. el segundo.. no marca correctamente la temp.. de hecho en la app.. marca una temp por decir 8 grados.. y si mueves la temp de calentamiento 1 o 2 grados.. .. marca el termostato 1 grado mas como es posible.. Creo el segundo no funciona correctamente o algo pasa..

Iba usarlo para mantaner frio un baño de hielo, ya que supuestamente aguanta hasta 0 grados, pero despues de 2 semanas ya dejo de funcionar, siempre marca temperatura muy alta, y ya no lo puedo devolver por haber pasado mas de 1 mes de la compra.

a los 10 dias de uso el sensor de temperatura fallo lo cual provoca que el equipo funcione de manera incorrecta ya que tiene lecturas muy variables y la temperatura no es estable.
