Does this model replace M-101526-F3?

I had to replace mine and the serial # was different. The main issue is to find the model that fits your particular brand of toilet and size of tank. Some of the hardware may have to be salvaged from your old tank as well. Some of the plumbing supply houses can also translate your old # for the new model.

does unit come with gaskets and large locknut wrench?

Gaskets yes, wrench no. You can either purchase one on Amazon or use a pair of pliers that you can expand to open wide (that's what I used when I replace mine today).

Question to seller: Do you have / know where to get the parts to enable this to be flushed from a left hand toilet? This part not included

Yes. Here on Amazon, for one. Part number AP300503. Or just search for Flushmate flush handle. It actually showed up in my items frequently bought together box with this.

Is that a typo? ships in 1-2 months?

Hmmm, for some reason the site isn't letting me edit that portion. They indicate 4-14 days transit time, so perhaps they figure it will take 2 weeks or so for them to process and actually ship. Certainly I can can get them the flushmate unit in 3-5 days. Hope this helps. And I agree with 1-2 months seems a bit ridiculous. I will call them and try to find out more about this and I will reply to your question again.
