I liked using this nasal wash. I had never done before and made a massive difference in a subtle way breathing fresher and cleaner like after a day at the spa!lean foward over sink though.Nice sea salt natural

Worked well for blocked sinus

I’ve had one of these before of a different make and I can’t tell any difference in quality, this one was just cheaper. They work very well with the included salts once you get the water temperature right for your liking. Worth experimenting a bit with this.
