Just finished hanging my new key box. It seems pretty solid. Attaching to the wall was simple. Programming the key pad simple as well. After 10 minutes on the wall I feel the unlocking knob feels lightweight and cheap. However it works perfectly. My other critical thing was the key holders in the box were just slapped on and welded. Does it work? Yes, just an added 5 seconds by the welder to make all the key hooks level would have been stellar. My box from Amazon was also wide open when I got my safe. That is on Amazon shipping or the USPS.

Purchased in January 2020, after one year now, digital panel not working. And if we come on this Amazon site, no way to contact vendor. For me, this is Amazon’s responsibility that they have right information for how to contact vendor. And a complaint process if vendor doesn’t respond.

We used 2 cabinets for securing keys in a 90 unit building. The 2 cabinets that worked are fine. We could not get tech help from Tiger Supplies. and they would not back up the warranty. We finally got help from Amazon.

The digital lock is our favorite feature on this key safe. There is plenty of easy-to-use key storage inside. We mounted this on the wall for use in our office space to manage keys. It's perfect. Using the keypad entry is incredibly easy. It takes some getting used to turning the opener to the safe, but it works great. The box is sturdy and exactly what we needed.
