As often as you like. Get the nozzle nice and hot. But usually when the last dip burns off.

can you use this gel with plasma cutter and how is it applied and used to keep cutter tip clean

This is for use with MIG nozzles to keep spatter from stick to it. DO NOT use with a plasma cutter, it will clog the tip. Plasma cutters do not require the use of this product.

Does this work with aluminum mig nozzles or just steel ?

The nozzle gel will help prevent any weld spatter from sticking to the nozzle. It works best if the nozzle is dipped once it is warm to prevent blockage of the gas flow.

Does this product ever expire?

The nozzle gel does not expire. Can dry out over time if left open for long periods of time.
