Yes,It is possible to charge two 12v batteries connected in series with a 24V charger, our Lithium ion battery has a voltage of 12.8V, you may have to use a 25.6V Lifepo4 charger to fill the battery, if your charger is 24V, one of the batteries will be undercharged, causing an imbalance in battery charging, I hope my answer can help you!

LiFePO4 should be charged or discharged under 0.5C (0.2C preferred). For a 10Ah version with 128Wh. You should charge it no more than 3A (preferably 2-3A).

Will this work with a trolling motor and for how long will it run ?

Got a shoprider Jimmy electric chair, will these discharge to the extent that you cannot recharge them like the lead acid batteries that come with it?

All batteries will do that eventually. The advantages of these are they will tolerate 80% discharge per cycle before any degradation (as opposed to 50% for lead-acid). and they offer many times the cycles. I can’t speak to their suitability for your application, though. They’re only 10AH each.
