Great deal for 4 beads
These are so pretty. They fit on my Litman Classic III and my Litman lightweight. They hold up to daily use on my stethoscope.

Meets expectations
I’ve had these for several years. They don’t rust and easy to disinfect between use. The charms are durable, the stones don’t come off. Great product.

Stethoscope bling!
I love the bling this has added to my stethoscope. I have a Littman Classic III. Was easily able to remove the ear pieces by pulling straight off on both sides to add the charm as pictured. Then, I pulled the chest piece off using a flathead screwdriver to help get it off- it was stuck on there good. You should be able to pull it right off but it gets stuck sometimes so using a tool to pry it off helps. I slid the charms right in with no problem all the way to the “Y” junction. However, they were a little loose. It comes with little double sided squares u can use under the charms to make it stay in place or u can just use a personalized name attachment like I did to hold in place. Then just pop the chest piece back on the tube and you are ready to go. Looks great and doesn’t affect the use of the stethoscope and is not uncomfortable wearing around your neck!

Very happy!
Item arrived very quickly and in great condition. It was easy to slide on to my stethoscope by removing the diaphragm/bell first. I love how it looks! I cant wait to take it to work with me! I attached all the jewels for the purpose of the review. I’m not sure if I’ll keep them all on at one time or not. The two middle jewels slide up and down the tubing, only the top piece by the Y and the bottom piece by the bell stay in place.

Does not fit Littmann Cardiology IV main tubing
BUT I was able to get it on the smaller tubing by removing the ear bud. Super cute, good quality.
