I have thick, curly hair … I never dare to brush my hair dry, I’ve always brushed in the shower with lots of conditioner, the downside of it … I never feel the pleasure of having my scalp gently scratched + missing out on all the benefits of brushing, distributing the natural oil etc. A hairdresser friend of mine, suggested I try this brush and so I ordered one … oh boy … so happy I did … great detangler, even with my really tangled hair 🤪 no breakage, the large oval head is the perfect size and it looks and feels great! I can’t wait to wash my hair so I can brush beforehand and make my scalp very happy!

I use this brush daily at my salon. I am buying more as gifts and recommending to my clients. It is really good quality for very reasonable price — took me a while to find. The boar and nylon bristles are similar in firmness and length to my mason pearson, but I really like the larger oval shape of the luvcircus brush head (great for long hair!) and it is light for its size. I mainly use it for blowdrying and styling my client's hair. This is my go-to brush, along with my trusty denmon and tangle teezer. I use the same brush at home as well. Definitely try it out!

I love this brush! I’ve always wanted a hair brush with boar bristles. Over the years I’ve heard that the bristles stimulate the scalp, encouraging the release of natural oils, and that my hair would become more beautiful, organically. It is 100% true. It doesn’t snag like my other brushes (I have fine hair). I love the larger size oval brush head and the handle is comfortable to hold. Most of all, it’s a great value for its high quality. I decided to finally gift one to myself. I definitely approve and highly recommend it.M

I have waist-length, fine but not thin hair. It also spontaneously tangles, wet or dry - aaaargh! If you have my kind of hair, you may know just what I mean. I use conditioner in the shower, then a spray-on detangler after careful towel-drying to avoid roughing up the hair shafts too much.Over the last decade, I've tried scads of "detangler" brushes. They all pull my wet hair, some badly so -- even starting at the hair ends and working my way up. A few created worse tangles, including a few touted as the absolute best for wet hair. Meh.The ONLY brush I'd found that doesn't pull out hair (as much) whether wet or dry and also detangles the best, is my trusty old Conair boar bristle. Its rubber handle coating continues to flap as it falls apart because it's a thousand years old and counting. It's reasonably gentle to my wet hair and very nice to my dry hair.Enter the Luvcircus. THE first new brush in - literally years - that has earned the rank of "daily go-to".It's plastic but solid. The blue is a refreshing pop of color and pretty. Easy to spot in a bathroom drawer. The handle is a generous size and feels good to hold. The paddle is on the larger side, as well. The brush feels awesome on my scalp when brushing dry hair! My old brush's all-boar bristles were always on the shorter and softer side so couldn't provide as much massage, despite fine hair. Possibly it's the Luvcircus's combination of boar + nylon that does the trick.There is one area I had high hopes for but which keeps the Luvcircus from being a full 5 stars: it does not work any better than my old brush on wet hair. The Conair actually is just a bit more gentle for this and pulls out less hair.I may never discover the perfect brush that does it all -- but I can say for sure that boar bristles have easily come the closest. I'm not quite ready to spend 200 bucks on a brush made in France or England if I can't try it out, first. So for now, gee I guess I'll just have to make do. First world problems, eh?Bottom line - I really like the Luvcircus a lot and especially for the price, it's a great brush. Recommended!

Excellent brush. I was originally going to purchase a Mason Pearson brush at more than twice the price. Glad I elected to go with "Luvcircus 001 Professional hair Brush. I am very pleased with the quality and workmanship and I saved money!

I really wanted a decent priced boar hair brush. This one is amazing! My hair is long and somewhat thick, and tangly. This brush lived up to my standards, and didn’t cost an arm and a leg! 😂

Very large brush! Gorgeous red color and great bristle pad. Quality is top notch and I anticipate this brush will last 20 years. It’s a great buy albeit slightly larger than I would have liked.
