First off I haven’t not had the chance to use this product as of yet. However I am very pleased with the size and weight of this product. Unbelievably light weight and somehow still feels very durable. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone trying to keep weight down and the small piece to protect your hand/palm when digging is an added touch of Comfort.

What can I say? This is my second Bogler. I've used it for years. It's solid. It's lightweight. It's the perfect size for my hands and digging a cathole. If you hike, you need one...and leave no trace.

This shovel is awesome! Weighs nothing, slides right into the center of a roll of tp in my bag, the handle didn’t hurt my hand to use, and was tough enough to cut through small roots no problem to easily make a hole.

Great design and quality construction. Won't cut your hand - important. Very light, compact and sharp. Works great for cat-holing.

This is the best ultralight trowel. Cuts roots, protects your hand, weights nothing and lots of colors to choose from. lolI'm carrying 2 of them on an upcoming PCT hike, one on a leash at my side to quickly deal with any 'nuggets' from my trail labrador retriever. And just in case the one on a leash ever falls off, I have a second Bogler in my normal 'poop' kit.

I just got back from a week long backpacking trip and my friend had one of these while I had a solid steel trowel. After trying both, I saw no advantage of carrying the extra weight on my next trip. What separates this trowel from the other lightweight ones, in my opinion, is the hard plastic cap at the top which makes digging much more comfortable on your hand. So, very happy with the product, design, and especially the weight.

Très léger, très solide, très facile d’utilisation. Le petit embout en plastique protège bien la main. Lorsque la terre est très dure, la pelle peut se déformer un peu (temporairement) mais ne se casse pas. Attention pourtant si vous prenez l’avion avec; comme les côtés sont dentelés, il peut (selon la personne sur qui vous tombez) être considéré comme un objet dangéreux.

I was weirdly excited to be able to finally own a BoglerCo trowel - to have an original top-of-the-line product and not to be constantly looking for something better. It was a bit of a luxury purchase, but I have no regrets and it'll replace a larger cumbersome plastic trowel that can't handle most hard soils. It is so incredibly lightweight that it'll be an easy choice to take whenever I hike. And I’m pleased to support an enthusiastic small business owner who truly cares about quality, functionality, and continually improving and refining his product.

Can't get over how light this is. Appears very strong. Plastic cap at the top looks like it will make digging a lot more comfortable than many others on the market. Compact size, with the option of easily attaching a stick handle if necessary. Item arrived in less than 24 hours too. Great product.
