How many threads per inch on the bolt, just bought the one for 3/8 holes and try to get a 1/4 hardened bolt from some store. I needed the 1/4 inch

it's a 1/4 inch X 28 threads per inch, which is a standard 1/4 National Fine Thread bolt

What is the maximum rpm for this mandrel?

I use it at 24,000 every time i use it which is atleast once a day. You should be good.

Can these be used with dremel 426b fiberglass reinforced cut-off wheels ?

The 56490 cannot be used with the Dremel cutoff wheel. The 56490 has a 3/8” mounting thread. The Dremel wheel has a 1/8” hole.

How do these work for stainless steel or steel in general?

I used these when restoring an older pickup truck to cut away some rusted areas. They worked very well on steel and were just right to get into some tight spots. Being thin they cut through fast and were easy to control for straight cuts.
