Good rod vs expensive rod
Rod came in a 2 piece which was excellent. I have same rod in a one piece...prefer the two...rod is very well made

Ugly sticks are all I buy.
It’s an ugly stick, so it’s tough. I bought 2, along with daiwa bg reels you can’t beat this setup.

Underwhelming Chinese Manufacturing Quality
Strong poles, but definitely amateur grade. The spines are off centered and are located in different places on different poles. Poor quality control. Also, the reel seats are plastic. See picture. The spines should be at the 12 o'clock position, respectively. Not 2 & 4 o'clock!
