Definitely a great buy
Have been using this for a long time now and have to say it's a great buy. Also whoever is facing the rusting issue please understand this is an iron tawa, you need to season it often, and also after you wash it you have to completely remove the water mostly by heating it up on the burner. This is perfect for rotis and paranthas. Won't recommend it for dosa since a wet thing plus you will have to season it very strongly if you want to make dosa on it.

Buy a local tawa instead of this. They last longer
This Tawa is supposed to be premium quality and all, but the tawa is thin(not a big problem) and after use for around 24 months, chunks of iron fall from the bottom. There is no warranty, so better buy from other brands than this. Not at all durable.

Don't use the tawa for dosas! Use it only for chapathis, rotis, and parottas
If you're planning on buying this iron tawa for making dosas, just don't. It is simply not worth the time and effort. I bought this to replace my cast iron dosa tawa, which started to show signs of pitting after 6 years of use. Unlike other people, I had no issues seasoning this iron dosa tawa since I have a lot of experience in this department. However, when I tried to make dosas, it would get stuck to the pan and simply refuse to come out. After spending a lot of time analysing why it happened, it struck me. This iron tawa is made from thin iron sheets. While this helps heat up the pan quickly within just a minute or two, it also burns the dosa batter. Even when I set the flame to the lowest setting, this iron tawa still ended up burning the batter. I never faced this issue with my old cast iron tawa since cast iron is thicker and heats up much slowly, it is more suited to cooking dosas than this tawa. That said, I was able to cook chapathis, rotis, and parottas superbly with this iron tawa. So, long story short - If you want to cook dosas, opt for cast iron tawas instead of this one. And if you want to cook chapathis, rotis, and parottas, you can go for this tawa.

Not properly pre- Seasoned
The product is ok but not good, the main reason to buy this product is Pre- Seasoned iron, but it is rusting in single wash.
